A List of Recommended Reading & Websites for Healthy Eating

I believe that nutrition is one of the foundations to great health and vitality, so I am sure to discuss this with my patients. The following is a list of recipe and nutritional books that I particularly like (especially the ones with *). My research into nutrition has lead me to conclude that a whole food, plant-based diet, mostly raw, is the healthiest way to eat. The following lists reflect this.
